We were very pleased to receive advice from the Minster for Health, Hon Jill Hennessy MP advising that the Department of Health and Human Services will extend current funding to Primary Care Partnerships and that current services agreements will be renewed.

The Executive Governance Group and staff of SMPCP are looking forward to continued partnership work with our members into 2016 and beyond.
