The Consumer Engagement Network (CEN) newsletter and associated activities is an online source of support, information and training opportunities for everyone actively engaged in consumer representation in health services.
The network aims to support consumer engagement through:
- providing online training opportunities for online peer support and exchange
- disseminating articles and information useful to consumers in partnership roles
- supporting Consumer Participation / Patient Experience Coordinators of Southern Melbourne Primary Care Partnership (SMPCP) partner agencies and like-minded health service providers
