Guide to keeping mentally healthy
Mentally Healthy WA have developed a 'Guide to keeping mentally healthy' which is designed for a broad audience of people. This includes those who are already mentally healthy, but want to learn more about keeping that way; people who feel 'just ok' or a 'bit down' and want to enjoy life more; and people who have a mental illness or mental health problem and are looking for positive ways to build their mental health. The guide is designed to help build your Act, Belong and Commit levels to protect and strengthen your mental health and wellbeing.
