After the wonderful success of our inaugural Fluro Friday event in 2015, our Community, Consumer Collaboration Group eagerly undertook the planning of the 2016 event. Having moved to Mentone Life Saving Club for 2016, mother nature once again provided perfect weather for all the outdoor activities.
Local mental health agency information stalls were complimented by engaging guest speakers in Tim Richardson MP and Headspace Youth Ambassador Pru Howell-Jay. Both Tim and Pru spoke eloquently of their personal experiences with mental health issues and their ability to overcome them.
To top the day off, we were even visited by a pod of dolphins!!!
