Did you know we now have a Koorie Mums and Bubs group?
Having identified that our local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community is a young and growing one, we have started up a Koorie Mums and Bubs group to enhance community engagement.
Held fortnightly in Highett, the group is open to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families with babies and young children in the Cities of Bayside, Glen Eira and Kingston. While mainly targeting mums and bubs - toddlers, pre-school children and carers are all welcome. There is no requirement to attend every session, participants can come along as it suits them.
